Samantha Swenarton was working in our store at Upper Malone Road, Belfast on Sunday 3rd June 2018, when there was an accident outside the store.
Sam went outside to find that a car had crashed into her stationary vehicle and pushed it onto another parked car. The driver of the car was unresponsive. Sam gave the driver CPR for 20 minutes and asked her colleagues to call an ambulance.
When the ambulance arrived paramedics worked with the gentleman outside the store and in the ambulance before taking him to hospital. He has since had successful heart surgery and made a full recovery which is in no doubt down to the fast response and heroic actions of Samantha.
A friend of Samantha's has since nominated her for a Pride of Britain Award.
Well done Samantha!
