Greig Downie a Food Store Team Manager in the North has received feedback from his colleagues on his inspirational approach to developing others.
Colleague Nicola Stewart said "Greig has gone out of his way to help mentor, coach and develop the team. With his help we now have a team leader on the apprenticeship programme, another on the excellence programme and a further three Customer Team Members who want to complete Boost.
