When Isy's neighbours partner passed away while Isy was on annual leave she didn't think twice about collecting the relevant paperwork and arrangement sheet from her branch and arranged the funeral for her neighbour from the house. She has helped along the way with every aspect of the funeral and even asked to attend the funeral to support her neighbour during such a terrible time.
